Our return policy

If you are not satisfied with the products received, you can return it as below:

If the product did not meet your expectations, you can return it and get your money back. Contact us within 30 days of receiving the product and inform us that you wish to return it. To receive a full refund of the amount you paid for the product(s) you are returning, they must be returned in unopened, sealed hygiene product packaging. Products that are not sealed or cannot be opened for hygiene reasons can be examined to the same extent as is considered normal in a physical store. If you return a product that cannot be opened for hygiene reasons with a broken seal, a depreciation deduction may be applied. The depreciation deduction can be up to 100% of the product amount.

Then send it back to us at the address below. We will cover the cost of your return.

Refund

Our goal is to process your return within 7 business days of receiving it at our warehouse. Your refund will be made within 30 days of receiving your return.
